Dental Assistant, Warren and Flushing MI

$0.00

To me, a Dental Assistant is so much more than someone who passes instruments.

You are the calm voice when a patient is nervous.

You are the extra set of eyes that keeps treatment running safely and efficiently.

You are the person who helps transform fear into confidence.

Every procedure we perform is a team effort, and an exceptional Dental Assistant makes an extraordinary difference in the experience our patients have.

As a Dental Assistant, you'll prepare treatment rooms, assist doctors during a wide variety of procedures, take radiographs and digital scans, maintain sterilization and infection control, prepare materials, manage clinical documentation, educate patients on post-operative care, monitor inventory, ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked, and help create an exceptional patient experience from beginning to end.

I'm looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, organized, eager to learn, and proud of the work they do. Someone who enjoys helping others and understands that every patient deserves kindness, patience, and excellence.

I believe skills can be taught.

Character, work ethic, and compassion are much harder to find.

If you're looking for more than just another dental office—if you're looking for a team that supports one another, values growth, and genuinely changes lives every day—I would love to meet you.

Please email your resume to jthayildmd@gmail.com.
